In-house Corporate Counsel

Classification: Full Time Compensation: Pay up to $132000 per year Do you have experience in corporate and commercial transactions? One of the largest specialty pharmaceutical services providers is growing! The company is seeking to add a corporate transactional attorney with at least two years of experience to its legal department. In this role, you will provide legal counsel to the corporate and operating businesses of the company, including advice on matters associated with SEC regulations and regulatory agency procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in the corporate department of a large law firm. A health law background is a plus, but not a requirement. All inquiries will be held in strict confidence.
