In consultation with attorneys, primary responsibilities include the preparation of requisite probate court forms and documents, identification and collection of estate assets, gathering of information for the proper administration of the estate and preparation of estate tax returns, facilitation of estate and trust distributions, assistance in the preparation of probate inventories, accountings, tax returns and the formal allowance of probate accounts by the Probate Court.
