In House Recruiter

The In-house Recruiter will be responsible for serving as the main point of contact with temporary agencies and other recruiters, ensuring that ads are placed in appropriate newspapers and/or web sites, will be involved in career/internship fairs, and conduct screenings for potential employees. Will ensure that Human Resource Manager is kept updated on the number of new hires who are in training and the expected date of completion. Comply with all DMRS andCompany Policies and Procedures and Employee Handbook, comply with Title VI, HIPAA, and Confidentiality requirements
REQUIREMENTS
?College Degree prefered but Must have minimum of High School Diploma/GED
Possess excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
Able to multi-task and work under pressure to complete assignments in a timely manner
Knowledgeable of Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Maintain all current DMRS required training
Conduct background checks and interviews for all Direct Support and Home Manager positions. Will be in charge of the payroll process by ensuring that all timesheets are turned in, pass out pay checks, and serve as the main point of contact for payroll issues. Maintain the HR Database by entering and tracking information, conducting monthly audits and completing reports, and notifying supervisors and management when employees are out of compliance. Maintain all employee personnel files, including medical and FMLA. Ensure that all new hire paper work is completed, including benefits enrollment, in a timely manner and then generate PAN forms, enter new hires into ADP, and forward benefits enrollment paperwork to Corporate Office for processing. Perform terminations of Direct Support, conduct exit interviews, and complete termination paperwork. Complete requests for verification of employment. Process unemployment claims.
