In-Home Sales / Design Consultant

Rockwood Shutters is a manufacturer of interior custom shutters. We are currently expanding our coverage to include the DC / Baltimore area and have opportunities for you to join our team.

Job Details:

You will be conducting in-home sales / design appointments, demonstrating our quality products, explaining options, and assisting with selections. Using our proprietary quoting software, you can provide in-home quotes quickly and efficiently. Customers can start their order right from the home.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

For this position, we require someone with a minimum of 2 years sales experience or experience with interior design or window treatments. Candidates must have reliable and presentable transportation. Background check is required. Further, we are looking for someone described as follows:

•Organized, with good attention to detail
•Able to accurately read a tape measure
•Outstanding people skills with a strong sales and customer service focus
•High standard of integrity and strong work ethic
•Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and computers in general

We provide all training and provide ongoing support. No cold calling or cold selling involved. Appointments are pre-qualified and pre-scheduled.
