Job Title: Implementation Project Specialist-AdvisorMail (Full-Time)

Requirements
The Implementation Project Specialist will be responsible for the implementation of all AdvisorMail clients. This position will be responsible for managing and supporting the implementation projects and ensuring that we are meeting timelines and expectations.

Responsibilities
•Communicates and meets directly with the Sales staff to review new client requirements.
•Collects and analyzes client requirements in order to implement the appropriate solutions.
•Utilizes project management methods and tools to ensure that the Implementation process is completely defined and on schedule.
•Deliver world-class client service to clients in implementation.
•Maintain detailed documentation on client interactions and project status meetings.
•Work with new users/contacts as needed for pending/new customers.
•Administer training for new clients Team and clients.
•Keep up-to-date and proficient on all existing products, processes, procedures and system enhancements as well as any new product rollouts.
•Provide technical support to the new clients and test all configurations prior to roll-out.
•Provide support on ancillary projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
•2+ years professional Project Management and/or Client Service.
•Good technical knowledge of the internet and e-mail.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Excellent follow-up skills
•Proven knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and logical analysis of complicated problems.
•Strong background in client service, project management and support.
•Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment in dealing with client’s technical issues.
•Ability to work independently and meet critical project deadlines.
•PC skills a must to include proficient use of various Windows Applications (e.g. Word, Excel) and Internet applications.
•Ability to follow operating procedures and instructions.
•Must be able to work well under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
•Ability to multi-task.
•CRM experience preferred
