Implementation Consultant I

1. Analyze client's specific needs and develop a working project plan to carry the project though the implementation process.

2. Conduct a kick off teleconference with the client's project team, establish roles and responsibilities, and introduce the methodology to be used during the implementation

3. Effectively execute project control, monitor clients progress, and determine appropriate issues resolution / alternatives if required. Escalate project issues to the Implementation Manager when warranted.

4. Manage the project scope, hours, status reports, and programming request. Manage the analysis of the client specification and ensure the correct set-ups and product features.

5. Assist the client during the design phase and develop options to meet the specific application.

6. Determine the client's specific distribution needs and develop specification to meet those needs.

7. Gain knowledge and contacts to provide internal technical support for products (i.e. iPay, W2Services).

8. Continue management of products through future development.

9. Mentor new team members on project task executions, ADP products and internal operational procedures. Oversee the inter-departmental coordination efforts of the specific project task relating to operations, technical support, client services and support services.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and prioritize client issues.

2. Must have the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing, to clients and to ADP associates.

3. Must have the ability to work under pressure and within tight time constraints.

4. Must have timely decision making skills and ability to multi-task.

5. PC skills required.

6. Server and Mainframe operations experience preferred.
