This consulting firm is an IT Service Management firm and leading provider of Intellectual Property based on ITIL, ISO, CobiT and CMMI standards. Leveraging itDNA™, our intellectual property, enables customers to lower their Total Cost of Operation (TCO) through standards in process improvement. This includes IT Service Management, Information Governance compliance, Security Audits and Assessments, Operational Transformation Initiatives (OTI’s) and itDNA™ CMMI assessments.
We are currently opening offices around the country and are building a team of the most elite Service Management professionals around the country. We seek full-time management consultants who are experienced in true business metrics consulting in an IT environment.
DESCRIPTION
The company seeks individuals with significant experience in IT Service Management based on ITIL. These individuals will possess a strong knowledge of both the Service Support and Service Delivery areas within ITIL. Project management skills and the firm’s itDNA™will be leveraged to lead ITIL implementations and service management initiatives for our clients.

• Specific experience with two or more of the following is a must:•Service Level Management
•Capacity Management
•Business Continuity Management
•Availability Management
•Financial Management
•Configuration Management
•Change Management
•Incident Management
•Problem Management
•Release Management
• Additional experience with BCP/DR and Security Management is a plus.
• Candidates must have a strong knowledge of process and extensive project management experience
• Candidates will also need experience utilizing a project management approach to implement ITIL Service Management initiatives on large scale IT Infrastructure projects
• A four year degree is requiredCERTIFICATIONS
• An ITIL Master Certification or Practitioner Certification is required; however,
candidates with an ITIL Foundation's Certification and significant ITIL experience
will also be considered.
• A PMP Certification is also preferred.
• CISA and Six Sigma Certifications are a plus.
OTHER
• Position may require up to 50% travel if in one of the listed cities. More may be required if you office in another city.
