IT Service Management (ITIL) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) Consultant and Senior Consultant Opportunities

Five9 is searching for experienced consultants with relevant IT Service Management (ITIL), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Enterprise Systems Management (ESM) experience to join our highly skilled team. Candidates without prior consulting experience who possess relevant professional experience in ITIL, ITAM, or ESM will also be considered.

Immediate opportunities are available for experienced subject matter experts (SMEs) in the following areas::

- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Release Management
- Capacity Management
- Configuration Management
- Availability Management
- Service Desk Management
- Service Level Management
- Enterprise Systems Management
- IT Asset Management

Professional Experience Desired:
- 3+ years previous IT consulting experience
- 3+ years relevant work experience in an ITIL, ITAM, ESM, or Service Desk support role
- Developing processes and documentation for ITIL, ITAM, or ESM (including short and long-term plans)
- Detailed understanding and/or experience implementing ITIL, ITAM, or ESM best practices and processes
- Knowledge of IT Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) utilizing industry best practices
- Relevant project management experience (resource planning, budgeting, managing risks, status reporting, etc.)
- ITIL, ITAM, ESM, or Service Desk tool requirements gathering, selection, implementation, and oversight
- Experience developing ITIL, ITAM, ESM, or Service Desk performance metrics and SLAs, based on customer requirements

Professional Skills and Education Desired:
- 4-Year college degree required
- Proven industry and professional experience required
- Knowledge and detailed understanding of ITIL, ITAM, or ESM
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Proven experience interacting with senior management
- Applicable professional certifications (ITAM, ITIL, Service Desk)
- Project Management , certification preferred
- Ability to perform analysis, process mapping, and project planning
