You will source, identify and present candidates for consideration of open positions and present client employment opportunities to potential candidates as part of the HRfirst/Kraft. You will receive and enter all position requisitions for internal and external job postings

You will use your sourcing expertise to identify top tier candidates for open positions through various channels such as: data mining, job boards, networking, and advanced eCruiting methods

You will assist with conducting initial telephone screens of candidates
Requirements:
Experience in staffing or human resources with an emphasis on recruitment and selection of exempt employees is required

AIRS certification and experience with web based applicant tracking systems such as BrassRing is a plus
