DESCRIPTION:

Government contractor in the Herndon, VA area that specializes in proprietary software systems is immediately seeking an IT Recruiter to assist with a 1 month project. This position is temporary; however, for the right candidate it can evolve into a permanent position.
REQUIREMENTS
**3 to 5 years minimum serving as an IT recruiter in a fast paced environment
**Extensive experience in triaging resumes to provide to management
**Strong ability to sell the Company and position in a highly competitive market
**Ability to identify and experience in working with non-traditional recruitment channels
**Strong industry network of contacts to leverage
**Extremely professional and well spoken
**Team Player
**Ability to prioritize and respond to multiple recruitment requests
**Experience recruiting positions other than traditional IT - Project Managers, Business Analysts, etc,
**Extensive experience in recruiting individual with clearances
**Strong record of closing open position requisitions in a competitive market
