The individual selected for this opportunity will be a contributing member of the firm's National Experienced Recruiting team, based in Tampa. This individual will work closely with US IT hiring authorities to define their staffing needs; execute on a hiring plan; and source, qualify, and close desired candidates. Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring partners and managers to define their recruiting needs; Involve our partners, managers and other staff in the active recruitment of experienced candidates. Execute a hiring plan, including sourcing, qualifying, and closing offers with desired candidates. Assist with the development of less experienced recruiters, coordinators Work together with other members of the experienced recruiting team by sharing best practices and assisting with their recruiting efforts Build and maintain relationships with HR, partners, hiring managers, and other relevant staff regarding recruiting needs, help identify/clarify specific recruiting goals and set competitive salaries. Drive the interview and hiring process by initially identifying key components of the job posting to initiate the search for qualified candidates. Manage job postings; internal nominations, external candidates, and Employee Referrals in the recruitment tracking system database; Source candidates utilizing a variety of resources, e.g., Internet, professional organizations, and employee referrals; Screen candidates and gather information regarding education, professional experience, salary requirements and professional references Throughout the hiring process, ensure adherence to all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other legislative compliance requirements. Actively follow-up with candidates and deliver offers. Ensure that the recruitment tracking system database is up to date, on a real time basis, and that there is quality data in each candidate profile. Maintain interviewing files according to firm requirements. Support strategic recruiting initiatives for the local office (i.e. diversity hiring, self-nomination process, Employee Referral Program, job Fairs, and networking events) Accumulate and analyze the hiring statistics for your area of responsibility and communicate on an on-going and real time basis with regional and national recruiting leaders. Team with other recruiters to share and develop best practices, and assist other recruiters when there is a lull in personal workload. Team with recruiting leader to build coaching relationships and achieve coaching initiatives. Local expert on recruiting techniques and interviewing skills. Communicate regularly with regional and national recruiting leaders regarding local office updates and issues of concern. Maintain and establish networking resources with the professional community. Participate in special projects regionally or nationally related to recruiting process improvement, training and/or special programs
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
HR Certifications -SHRM- a plusEssential Requirements:
5-7 years of information technology recruiting experience REQUIRED, sourcing high volume experienced candidates
Experience working with automated applicant/requisition tracking systems
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Proven track record of success in internet sourcing, with ability to efficiently navigate and use available tools
Solid understanding of the labor market and effective strategies to recruit withinKnowledge, Abilities, Skills:
Ability to design and implement creative recruitment solutions.
Knowledgeable, resourceful
Negotiation and vendor management experience for perm placement
Proficient in the Microsoft office suite of products
