Responsibilities:


Formulate and define system scope and objectives.


Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.


Evaluate business requirements and prepare detailed specifications that follow project guidelines to develop written programs.


Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation.


Generate innovative ideas to resolve problems.


Responsible for the completion phase of the project to ensure success.


Assist in training junior level personnel in technical complexities of assigned work.


Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
BS degree in computer or business related field or equivalent experience.
5-8 years experience in applications systems analysis and/or programming.
Exhibit and apply comprehensive knowledge of systems analysis to the completion of challenging assignments.
Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Able to demonstrate the relationship of data structures as they relate to systems.
Thorough understanding of technological infrastructure and how it relates to projects.
Has a firm understanding of the problems and issues of clients, the industry and the business environment.
Effective communication skills with all levels of internal and external customers and staff.
Ability to work through the analysis phase of the application development life cycle.
Strong facilitation skills to gain customer requirements.
Strong problem solving, interviewing and fact finding skills.
Frequent consultation with company senior leaders and/or outside vendors on complex issues having impact across segment/Company.
Effectively and comfortable interacts with upper management.
Consider alternatives and consequences before making a decision.
Act decisively when required.
