We're seeking an outgoing, team-oriented professional to support and enhance our network provider data systems. Our new IS Business Analyst II will define and work on strategy and will set his/her own direction for projects. This is a highly-visible position that offers the chance to work on a wide variety of projects, as well as the opportunity to advance within our Fortune 100 organization.





Primary responsibilities include:


Owning system enhancements through the full development life cycle, which includes:


defining current business processes, desired improvements and detailed requirements

performing cost and benefit analysis

working with development group during design, and facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions

working with business to prepare for system changes (e.g., ensure training and documentation updates are completed)

working with UAT team to ensure successful testing completion

monitoring delivery milestones

providing post-implementation support

Integrating other applications into our systems

Participating in developing key strategy

Participating in the technical design of applications

Job Requirements:

Previous Business Analysis experience is required. The ability to develop, lead, facilitate and coordinate JAD sessions will also be needed. Knowledge of programming/development platforms is preferred, as is a financial background that includes analyzing business cases. DB2, mainframe, and or .NET knowledge would be helpful. Proficient in business process modeling preferred.
