INFORMATION ON THE POSITION

•Primarily focused on service delivery and some pre-sales support
•Deliver networking IP Telephony and/or IPCC designs and implement the required networking solutions to exceed client expectations
•Develop excellent business and technology solutions

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

•Identify business and technical networking requirements
•Design networking solutions to meet client networking requirements
•Implement networking technologies and solutions based on networking designs
•Test network technologies and solutions
•Document network solutions to meet client networking requirements
•Work on internal projects, such as recruiting, training development, knowledge management and other strategic internal initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
INFORMATION ON QUALIFICATIONS

•Minimum 2+ years IPT experience
•Minimum 3 years experience in an internetworking/consulting environment
•Working knowledge in Cisco CallManager, Unity voicemail, QoS and Voice protocols (i.e. MGCP, SCCP, SIP, etc.)
•Working knowledge in CIPT, CIPTT and CRS (IP IVR and IPCC Express)
•Cisco Gold level certification (CCNP level or IPT/IPCC specialist)

EDUCATION

A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or demonstrated performance in a technical work environment is required. A master’s degree is preferred. Growing technical skills required. CCNA, CCNP and MCSE required.
