PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Engagement responsibilities include enterprise wide system implementations (IDX Flowcast), project management, interim A/R or business office management, business operational assessments and work flow redesign. Successful candidate will be able to apply practical business experience with the features and functionality of the IDX applications. The ability to combine IDX technology with business processes is required. Experience with IDX Web applications including B/AR, TES, MCA, HPA, Visit Management, Scheduling, interfaces, among others, is necessary. Knowledge of electronic medical records and other practice management applications is a preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
4-6 years experience working in a senior position of a health care provider, organization, vendor or another consulting firm is required. The ability to understand the integration of the applications, and their impact on business processes and operations is required. Excellent written and oral communication skills and organizational skills are desired. Successful candidate will be able to communicate and work effectively with all levels of clients' staff. Must be forward thinking, able to meet project deadlines, possess a high level of energy, with professional acumen and be service and solutions oriented. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. Creative problem solving skills, as well as excellent writing, presentation and listening skills are required.
No relocation is necessary. Extensive travel is required. Location near a major airport is a plus.
