Human Resources Customer Service Consultant

The Human Resources Customer Service Consultant manages and coordinates the activities around administration and recruitment. He/She works directly with the Client, Vendors and the Recruitment teams. The HR Customer Services Consultants will act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the Support Function of the account, taking responsibility for their resolution. This position requires a considerable amount of problem solving and management of relationships around the permanent recruitment processes.


Responsibilities:

Client Focus

- Build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the processes around permanent recruitment

- Manage the day to day queries around the permanent recruitment process. Queries will need to be dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary

- Record and assist with the management of information/data surrounding permanent recruiting. This information may be requested by the client and/or the business outside normal schedules and must be maintained accurately and kept up to date at all times

- Act as an interface between our internal Accounts Department and those of the Client/Third Party Vendors, to resolve outstanding queries


Account Support

- Assist the recruiting team in the day to day operational requirements of permanent recruitment

- Provide support in other areas of the on site account team if required

- Be pro-active in recommendation of improvements in processes and procedures

- Work on ad-hoc projects as required by the account


On-Boarding

- All administrative duties around the security clearance process

- Interact with delivery team, candidates, clients, and admin team

- Build and maintain a strong working relationship with client security team

- Process all security paperwork and forms following policy and procedure dictated by client

- Provide guidance around the security process and paperwork completion

- Follow-up, check and gathering of references

- Confirm clearance/non-clearance of new hires

- Ensure follow-up for procedures on security clearance expiration

- Ensure access to telephone/desktop/laptop upon new hire arrival

- Manage payroll set-up

- Assist delivery team with new hire induction by providing support in the provision of documentation and scheduling/arrangement of venues REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:


- Strong permanent recruitment experience within a busy and challenging environment

- Minimum of two years experience in an HR Administration, Support role or Customer Services environment

- Experience of managing difficult client relationships

- Ability to show initiative and provide resolutions and recommendations to difficult queries

- Excellent attention to detail due to the need to record information accurately

- Excellent Organizational skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service

- Ability to work independently and use initiative, as well as being a strong team player

- Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft packages, specifically Excel

- Friendly and positive attitude at all times

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a continuously evolving environment

- Prepared to go the “extra mile” to provide an exceptional level of customer service


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree Required

- US Work Authorization
