REQUIREMENTS
Human Resources Assistant/Recruiter
The candidate we select for this position will be primarily responsible for recruiting, hiring, and maintaining legal documentation requirements for a mid sized hourly workforce.    Duties will include:

Conducting new hire orientation and some training classes
Pre-screening, organizing and conducting pre-employment testing
Creating and maintaining personnel files
Providing benefit information
Assisting in other areas as needed

$14/hr plus full benefit package.

We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 2 years HR / Recruiting experience (preferably in a food & beverage or retail environment) for our airport location. Successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, including MicroSoft Office, Peoplesoft or similar skills, and a very professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work independently is required.College degree preferred but not required.
