Human Resource Consultant

Oil and gas company located in West Houston are expanding and looking for a Human Resource Consultant to add to their team.
Duties include:
-Coordinate staffing requirements for referrals or via designated employment agencies.
-Conduct pre-hire procedures such as background/reference checks via a designated third party provider, salary analysis for potential new hires, prepare and send offer letters, and hire packages.
-Coordinate and conduct New Hire orientation and assist with processing of terminations, resignations, and retirements
-Serve as a consultant of the international HR functions, providing assistance in handling employee issues.
-Implement employee relations' practices and policies.
-Co-ordinate the development and maintenance of job descriptions and organizational charts.
-Document Controller for Company Procedures Manual and Organizational Manual.
REQUIREMENTS
-Bilingual (English/Spanish)
-Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Experience with and understanding of employment/labor laws such as EEO, ADA, FMLA, NLRA, FLSA, etc.
