Human Capital/Workforce Planning Consultant, Senior

Key Role: Work with military clients and project teams to develop and implement human capital strategies. Provide analysis to support human caputal policies, procedures, processes, and tools. Work on the full range of human capital service offerings, including workforce planning, retention strategy, and succession planning.



Job Requirements













Basic Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in a defense or military environment required

- 5+ years of experience in a government or consulting environment

- 5+ years of experience with developing human capital strategies

- BA or BS degree required



Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Base Realignment and Closure preferred

-Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

-SPHR or PHR Certifications preferred

-MBA or MS degree in Organizational Behavior or Human Resources Management preferred



Clearance:
