Required Skills/Qualifications:

To be considered candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience within the human resources environment, Design, coaching and program management associated with redeploying, reducing, and/or retaining workforce resources as a result of organizational initiatives (e.g., RIF, Consolidation, Merger) specifically to build processes for identifying, selecting, and exiting of workforce with a large-scale employee displacement.

Five or more (5+) years of experience in the management consulting industry

Three or more (3+) years of experience managing enterprise Human Capital projects.
