The Organization and Change Group helps clients to lead and sustain change initiatives in order to improve performance. Our change initiatives include mergers and restructurings, regulatory programs, new strategy, workforce transition, new market focus, and
technology/process transformations. Our Services include communications, cultural assessment/alignment, all aspects of change management, technology and regulatory adoption, workforce strategies and organization strategies, learning and development.Due to our aggressive growth plans and successful performance to-date, we are looking to add talented Senior Consultants to our team. A Senior Consultant will manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Ideal candidates for this position will possess a degree in Medicine, Healthcare Delivery, or Healthcare Administration and two to five years of experience in consulting or the health care provider industry. Additionally, candidates should have experience participating in the implementation of a package, or custom design, clinical applications software solution in a health care provider environment. Candidates should have user adoption
experience or hospital system experience. Responsibilities include stakeholder enrollment, leadership alignment, change readiness and risk mitigation, communications, system related instructional design for physicians and nurses.
Candidates must have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Nursing
- Pharmacy
- Laboratory
- Surgery
- Radiology
- Health Information Management
- Billing / Coding
- Scheduling and Registration
A minimum of two years experience in a consulting role with demonstrated expertise in at least three of the following:
- Change management
- Clinical information system end-user adoption
- Clinical stakeholder engagement
- Instructional design
- Training
- Clinical workflow design
- Workflow / solution optimization
- Organizational design
- Communication
Preferred experience in at least one or more CIS vendors such as:

- Cerner
- Eclipsys
- McKesson
- Siemens
- IDX
- Meditech
- Allscripts
Preferred areas of CIS functional expertise include:
- Orders Management
- Clinical Documentation
- Computerized Physician Order Entry
- Clinical Decision Support

- Registration and scheduling
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
Masters Degree, MBA, MPH, MHA, MPA highly preferred
