A Human Capital Healthcare Senior Consultants will participate in the user adoption components of a systems implementation of a package, or custom design, clinical applications software solution into a healthcare environment. Candidates should have user adoption experience or hospital system experience. Responsibilities include stakeholder enrollment, leadership alignment, change readiness and risk mitigation, communications, system related instructional design for physicians and nurses.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years experience working as a licensed clinical practitioner (Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Lab Technician etc.) or within a clinical environment. Sr. Consultants must have a minimum of five years clinical experience. Areas of clinical experience
