Our HR Transformation Group advises clients on how to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their HR service delivery, ranging from process design to self-service applications, and considering insourcing, outsourcing, and offshore solutions. Our services include: HR service delivery, HR
organization and process, HR strategy, HR BPO Advisory and HR Technology.
  Human Capital Senior Consultants are involved in the design and implementation of custom, technology enabled business solutions. Our Senior Consultants function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions. Responsibilities include, among others, defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementation. Senior Consultants perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels. They gain exposure to multiple industries and service lines within the practice while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by engagement follow-on opportunities.
 
Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant industry or consulting experience required.
An advanced degree or MBA is preferred. 
University degree required

YOU ARE:
- A proven consulting/functional professional, with at least three full lifecycle Oracle or Peoplesoft implementations AND five+ years of large-scale consulting experience.
- Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team.
- A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
- Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career.
- Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel.  
YOU HAVE:
- At least five years of external consulting experience in the Oracle and/or Peoplesoft space, with depth in implementing and configuring of Oracle and/or Peoplesoft HR
- Proven skills as an integral team
lead on at least two full cycle implementations
- Strong configuration and design skills
