Job Summary:

The Operations Consultant is a highly organized individual with extensive experience in operational processes and customer service. The Operations Consultant is responsible for providing services that do not require advanced nursing training. Such services include, but are not limited to audits, site visits, education/training of personnel, and development of operational workflow and materials. This position requires a commitment to daytime and overnight travel at least 60-80% of the time.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred.
Previous home health experience is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of office operations including payroll, medical/home health billing, and human resources, particularly as those issues relate to home health procedures and processes.
Proficient in use of computers.
Ability to communicate effectively and convey thoughts in a way that is easily understood.
Ability to work well in a team setting.
Must be organized, detail-oriented and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing. MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL OVERNIGHT ON A FREQUENT AND EXTENSIVE BASIS.
