As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, greeting potential residents, showing/leasing apartment homes, completing and processing leasing applications, conducting move-in orientations and other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS
Apartment community experience preferred. May also consider a strong sales/customer service background. LIHTC (Tax Credit) or Bond experience a plus but not required. Organized, detail oriented and quick learner. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and Yardi a plus.
