Job description:
*** Three positions available***

POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide client end-users with hardware/software support in multiple remote locations throughout the United States and Canada. Support is provided via phone, email and remote connectivity software.

Successful candidates will be team-oriented support professionals with exceptional analytical problem solving skills, positive attitude, and will be pro-active and self-motivated.

* Excellent negotiating skills
* Ability to type 40+ wpm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Communicate problem fixes to the end user, ensuring that the user is comfortable with and understands the resolution.
* Determine severity level of calls
* Perform password resets
* Perform printer queue resets
* Log all calls in the call management system
* *Man* the after hours cell phone for after hours technical coverage on a rotating basis.
* Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* AS/AOS degree in a technology or similar field
* Minimum 2 years help desk or similar experience.
