And we're seeking a Helpdesk Analyst for our Des Moines, corporate offices!

Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs 1st call functionality of Help Desk by promptly & courteously answering incoming calls, logging calls into problem management system and referring unresolved problems to predefined technical support groups.
Follows up on problem logs referred to predefined technical support groups.
Maintains confidentiality of CDS and its clients' proprietary information.
Monitors of accuracy of inventory database and other Help Desk resources.
Assists Senior Help Desk Analyst.
Travel may be required.
Performs other duties as required.*
REQUIREMENTS
Help Desk Analyst
Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5
Location: - Des Moines, IA

Qualifications Desired:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 6 months or more related work experience demonstrated by familiarity with industry standard technical concepts, practices and procedures required.
Demonstrated knowledge/experience gathering information using focused questioning/conversation techniques to resolve technical problems.
Experience making decisions on wide variety of tasks requiring discretion, judgement and initiative.
Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.
Above average communications skills.
Basic PC knowledge/skills.*
