Help Desk

Provides technical telephone support to partners and clients on service problems or issues services. Analyzes and resolves service problems and other issues relayed via telephone. Documents service calls, follows problem escalation procedures, and communicates with service vendors to restore service to partners and clients.

Coordinates partner and client projects, developing strategies, implementing plans, resources, and status reports.
REQUIREMENTS
