Healthcare Staffing Coordinator Recruiter

Correctional Medical Services, the leading provider of health services to correctional facilities nation-wide for the past 25 years, seeks an experienced healthcare Staffing Coordinator-Recruiter to join our team of seasoned recruiting professionals. Requires significant lead generation experience in a healthcare setting, ability to plan and implement creative recruitment strategies/campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of one (1) year healthcare recruiting or staffing experience where recruiting/staffing was the sole function. Applicants with primarily Human Resources experience will not be considered.
Physician or nurse agency recruiting/staffing experience a plus.
Above average communication skills, negotiation skills a plus.
Expertise in utilizing a variety of media for lead generation purposes.
Ability to establish rapport and effective working relationships across all levels.
Must be self-motivated.
Solution-oriented problem solver.
High level of organization and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
