Interim Healthcare provides top quality health services and professionals. The Healthcare Recruiter is critical to this mission by attracting and hiring the best available clinical professionals into the organization. The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for a full cycle recruitment process that includes: contacting, matching, hiring, orientating, and managing all data both paper and electronic of new hires into the company. The Healthcare Recruiter must be a people person and an outstanding networker. They must also be very persistent and have great follow up skills. 60% of the Healthcare Recruiters time is spent on computer and telephone making contacts. 40% of the Healthcare Recruiters time is spent out of the office making face to face contacts and following up with people.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years experience in full cycle recruitment of Nurses and C.N.A.s.
Creative sourcing and marketing including experience sourcing candidates using a combination of sources such as on-line posting, networking events, direct calling, direct mail, print advertisement, purchased research, etc.
Internet based recruitment experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Demonstrated excellent negotiating skills
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks, changing priorities and short deadlines.
Well verse in high-volume recruitment process and talent pool development
Strong computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office,/ul>
