Responsible for the management and direction of multiple consulting projects or a single large and complex project. Has additional responsibility for building and maintaining a client base. Manages overall relationships with clients and has frequent and direct contact with the most senior level executives of the client. Requires the highest level of project management and consulting skills. Identifies and pursues business opportunities with potential and existing clients. Shares practice management and performance management responsibilities including the overall management of project teams and development and review of staff.Required Skills:
7+ years of project management experience in healthcare revenue cycle including both consulting and general healthcare experience.
5+ years of PMO experience.
3+ years of experience working with with CDM and charge capture.Preferred Skills:
Ability to drive and develop new business.

Expereince provideing coaching and guidance to team members

Demonstrates ability to manage engagements or projects with strict cost control and deliver designated engagement realization

Ability to identify new business opportunities and writes proposals

Competent in multiple technical areas

Facilitates exchange of ideas and application of best practices
