We are currently seeking Healthcare IT Consultants at all levels for our Seattle office. Our Healthcare IT practice provides systems strategic planning, system selection, and implementation assistance as well as IT department leadership development. Most of our implementation engagements are at the project management level. Our teams consist of two to three consultants, offering significant opportunity for exposure to C-level clients and significant autonomy on assignments. The average engagement length is 4 to 6 months, allowing for broad exposure to a variety of clients, projects, and systems within a short time frame.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have the following characteristics:Energetic and highly motivated with a commitment to excellence.Record of professional and academic achievement, with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution. A relevant advanced degree and professional certification is preferred. Please note that prior consulting experience is required for consideration in a leadership role (senior manager, principal).Strong working knowledge of healthcare operations and processes.Commitment to the field of healthcare IT.Strong project management, facilitative, analytical, written, and presentation skills.In-depth expertise with a specific vendor product (such as Epic, Siemens, McKesson, MEDITECH, and Cerner) is desirable.
