Ernst & Young's Health Sciences Advisory Services (HSAS) practice focuses on helping health care organizations and life sciences companies achieve and maintain economic strength while also managing the risks they confront in the challenging health care environment. Our services address five areas: revenue management, financial performance, regulatory reporting and compliance, Managed Care contracting, and post-issuance disclosure.Our Revenue Management team has talented and dedicated individuals, supported with proprietary E&Y tools and advanced technology, who assist senior executives in many areas including pricing, charge structure, charge capture, coding and documentation, and billing compliance. We are currently seeking the right candidate for a career opportunity as a Staff professional.Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: To qualify, candidates must have: a bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field (an MBA, MHA and/or MPH a plus) 3-5 years of relevant, in-depth health care experience, preferably with a professional services firm, a regional firm, or a large acute care or academic medical center knowledge of the revenue cycle with an emphasis on pricing, charge structure and charge capture processes, as well as an understanding of CPT, HCPCS Level II and UB-92 revenue coding technical knowledge in an area of expertise as well as the appropriate licensure or certification (e.g., clinical credentials such as RN, MT or RT, RRA, ART or certifications such as CCS/AHIMA, CPC) acute care experience; experience in or knowledge of other healthcare providers (skilled nursing, home health, etc.) a plus demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/prioritize strong financial, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills excellent written and verbal communication skills excellent client service skills PC proficiency including spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation applications
The successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel.
