Ernst & Young's Health Sciences Advisory Services (HSAS) practice focuses on helping health care organizations and life sciences companies achieve and maintain economic strength while also managing the risks they confront in the challenging health care environment. Our services address five areas: revenue management, financial performance, regulatory reporting and compliance, Managed Care contracting, and post-issuance disclosure.Our regulatory reporting and compliance team has talented and dedicated individuals, supported with proprietary E&Y tools and advanced technology, who assist senior executives in aspects of federal and state revenue and compliance reporting. We are currently seeking the right candidate for a career opportunity as a Senior.Responsibilities

Develop and maintain productive working relationships with engagement team members and clients. Collaborate to plan the engagement. REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: To qualify, candidates must have: a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required (a CPA, MBA, MHA and/or MPH degree is a plus) a master's degree plus 1-3 years of experience in health care advisory services, preferably with a Big 4 firm, a regional firm, a health care provider or a fiscal intermediary may be accepted in lieu of the bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years of experience. specific knowledge of Medicare regulations and reimbursement principles/laws; exposure to reimbursement disputes and controversies; experience conducting Medicare technical research experience preparing and/or reviewing Medicare/Medicaid cost reports, designing/implementing cost finding studies, researching issues, compiling information, and preparing appeals experience with Graduate Medical Education (GME), Medicare Bad Debt, Wage Index, Organ Acquisition, and Disproportionate Share (DSH) is a plus demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects strong financial, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills excellent written and verbal communication skills excellent client service skills are a must PC proficiency including spreadsheet, word processing and presentation applications The successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel.
