We have immediate needs for experienced consultants and health care industry professionals that have prior experience in the implementation, (or install), of package software solutions for both inpatient and professional clinic sites.  These opportunities will be demanding, personally challenging, and rewarding.  Our solution will provide our clients with the full range of advanced clinical tools necessary to manage patient care, achieve cost savings, and meet regulatory requirements.  You will be part of an integrated team working at client sites across the US charged with the design/redesign of business and clinical processes that will have a direct impact on the quality of patient care. 
 
Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Business or Healthcare Administration and 4+ years of experience in consulting or the health care provider industry.
Additionally, candidates must have experience participating in the implementation of a package, or custom design, clinical applications software solution into a health care provider environment.  Candidates must have business process expertise that includes inpatient, outpatient or billing related systems and be capable of leading small client teams through redesign, build, test and deployment of new business processes to facilitate integration of new system functionality.  Systems experience can include EPIC, Eclypsis, Cerner, IDX, SMS or other clinical information systems. 
 -Team member on large scale turnaround/operational transformation projects for major health care delivery or single issue engagement (i.e. surgical services) -Knowledge of and experience with the developing business cases, organization-wide benchmarking studies, developing new business models, and major process redesign initiatives, associated with major performance improvement engagements for healthcare delivery systems
Understanding of the operations of a major clinical and administrative department of a healthcare delivery system -Experienced in revenue cycle, supply chain, and strategy projects -Broad understanding of reimbursement system for health care inpatient and outpatient services including Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care and workers' compensation payers -General understanding of the functionality of the IT solutions for healthcare delivery systems including but not limited to ERP, CIS, patient accounting and decision support applications -Participate in the preparation of project work  plans -Preparation of project deliverables -Support role at key client meetings -Mentor junior staff and manage engagement performance review process  
Should have a solid understanding of the full project life cycle including:  facilitating design sessions, mapping and configuring data values, work-flow development, functional testing, training and user support.  Advanced degrees in business or health administration are a
major plus.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

 Senior Consultants are involved in the design and implementation of custom, technology enabled business solutions. Sr. Consultants function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions. Responsibilities include, among others, defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementation. Sr. Consultants perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels. Sr. Consultants gain exposure to multiple industries and service lines within the practice while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by engagement follow-on opportunities. 4+ years of
relevant industry or consulting experience required.
