TalentTrack, a leader in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing industry, is searching for a Head of Recruiting for our Wall Street client. Our Client serves the global financial services industry providing Integration, Management, Operations and Technology Solutions to Banks, Broker Dealers, and other Major Institutions. They support major initiatives to align the back office to front office requirements, and reduce risk, accelerating the integration of acquisitions.
The successful candidate will report to the CHRO and will be an integral member of the human resources leadership team. This role is considered key to the success of the firm and has responsibility for the development of a global staffing strategy, conducting and managing recruiting at all levels, and the implementation of processes and reporting. This individual will work in partnership with Managing Directors, project managers and the human resources team to plan and drive recruiting solutions that dramatically increase the talent level and talent capacity of the overall organization.
REQUIREMENTS
•Minimum 7 years prior recruitment experience working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in financial services, compliance, technology, or banking highly desirable.
•Proven strong client focus, multi-tasking, communication, organizational, negotiation, influencing, and consulting skills.
•Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
•Experience developing staffing strategies, sourcing, screening, assessing, recruiting, and hiring candidates -- with experience at the Managing Director level a plus.
•Ability to address, respond, and follow-up with client needs.
•Demonstrated ability to develop and prepare reports for customers; experience working with ATS a plus.
•Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships horizontally and vertically.
•Undergraduate degree required, MBA/MA/MS or other graduate degree would be considered a plus.
•Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence others to gain commitment, cooperation and close deals - either on the phone or in person.
•High energy level and positive perspective toward challenge.
