HVAC / Mechanical Designer

Our unique engineering solutions can be found in such diverse spaces as research laboratories, classrooms, performance halls, museums and hospitals across the country.We are seeking a designer to perform HVAC design for high-tech facilities. The designer will use his or her experience to convert system design concepts into specific layouts by interpreting information set forth in basis of design as well as information gathered from users, other consultants, field surveys and code research.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications include being detailed oriented, ability to coordinate and implement the layout of HVAC distribution systems and equipment, design equipment room layouts, size and select major system components, and perform field surveys. Qualifications include 5+years experience in HVAC design, AutoCAD 2005, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a desire to grow, knowledge of construction process and coordination, and an above average ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines. Knowledge of ABS a plus.
