HUMAN RESOURCES RECRUITER

CLEARWATER, FL LOCATIONAt the Hospice of the Florida Suncoast we are looking for a caring professional who will be responsible for attracting qualified candidates to fill vacant positions within the organization.
The Recruiter will:1. Assist management in the development of recruitment plans based on department needs that clearly define and commit to service and performance criteria and continually improve the recruitment plan by aggressively recruiting for well-qualified candidates from a variety of sources, managing the selection process to include screening, interviewing and assessing candidates; recommending finalists; and filling the staffing needs.
2. Collect and analyze data on demographics and hiring activity to use in designing recruitment plans.
3. Assist in the implementation of a new recruiting model to maximize the efficiency of the hiring process.
4. Be responsible for self-development and continuing education to keep abreast of all regulatory changes and requirements affecting Human Resources Department.5.Update and revise automated hiring and applicant tracking system for better hiring flow through the organization.
6. Trouble-shoot systems issues in Ultipro as eRecruit automated hiring and applicant tracking system.7. Provide overflow help desk eRecruit telephone support to Hiring Managers.
8. Assist in the training of eRecruit users.
9. Attract applicants and candidates through web advertising.

REQUIREMENTS
1. 3-5 years experience in all facets of recruiting and hiring, strongly preferred. 2. Strong computer skills including experience with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access or other database program required. HRIS experience a plus.3. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet strict time lines.4. Must exhibit professionalism, confidentiality and interpersonal skills with emphasis on customer service.5. Ability to work as a team player and independently, as needed.
6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience required.
7. SHRMA certification preferred
