HUMAN RESOURCES LEGAL SPECALIST HORRY County, South Carolina is seeking applicants for the above position: SALARY RANGE: $42,132 $63,198 HUMAN RESOURCES GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB Under limited supervision, the position will design, deliver, implement, & evaluate a range of HR programs related to compensation, job analysis, performance management, and general employee guidelines. The main responsibility of the position will be the insurance of legal compliance with all County employee programs and processes. Must be able to quickly establish rapport in employee relationships; conduct efficient and effective legal research and make high-quality legal recommendations; create an environment of collaboration with County decision makers; contribute to a high performance human resources department; maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment; and maintain the Human Resources Department's standard of trust, integrity, teamwork, and customer service. Requires minimal variations in work hours. Reports to the Director of Human Resources. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Juris Doctor, experience with employment law, & related experience.
