HR Generalist will be directly responsible for recruiting, benefits coordination, ER, record keeping and will be actively involved in the fulfillment of HR duties, projects, programs and team building events. Over time it is expected that the HR Generalist will take ownership of a significant portion of HR operations. REQUIREMENTS:Strong recruiting backgroundBe bi-lingual English/Spanish both verbal and written.Good computer skills and familiar with Word and Excel.Excellent people skills.Very Strong customer service orientation.Excellent administrative and organizational skills.Flexibility to help out where needed.Ability to handle confidential information.Commitment to developing HR understanding and expertise through continued education and through on the job training. AB&I will pay for you to get an HR Certificate from U.C. Berkeley Extension and more.Three to five years HR Generalist experience required. College degree preferred, but not required.
