HUMAN RESOURCE REP/ RECRUITER

Glades General Hospital is looking for a Human Resources Representative/Recruiter.

Responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for clinical and non-clinical openings to include clerical, technical, licensed and professional positions. Assist in recruiting for administrative and management positions throughout the Hospital. Considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the Hospital, a basic understanding of the Hospital's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of Human Resource Policy and Procedure and Federal, State laws and JCAHO regarding employment practices in the Hospital and Health Care environment.

Incumbent will work 24 hours a week
REQUIREMENTS

2-4 years healthcare recruiting experience, excellent customer service skills. Will be responsible from the application to hiring process, such as interviewing and verifying references. Will be placing ads on the internet for CareerBuilder and other useful resources. Knowledge of job fairs. Must be computer literate (Word/Excel).
