As a member of our client’s HR Consulting team, you will learn from a group of dedicated HR professionals. You will travel to client sites throughout the Indianapolis area to assist with HR functions. Exposure to a variety of industries and HR issues will ensure that every day is different, exciting, and challenging. Your role as an advocate, consultant, and business partner will develop as your skills and knowledge grow.Success Factors:
•Counsel leadership on resolution of employee relation issues.
•Ensure compliance with employment laws.
•Participate in employee orientation and separation processes.
•Coordinate health and safety programs.
•Promote a positive upbeat work environment.
•Manage worker’s compensation and unemployment claims.
•Develop and conduct training programs.
REQUIREMENTS
•Minimum 2 years experience as a Human Resource Assistant or similar role.
•High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree or some formal education preferred.
•Computer savvy with MS Word and Outlook experience.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Knowledge of basic HR terminology and policies.
•Professional appearance and demeanor.
•Ability to interact effectively with a variety of people.
•Desire to learn and advance.
•Exceptional customer service attitude and dedication to team success!COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Our client will reward your enthusiasm and ability to learn with a salary of $35-38k. You will also receive an incredible benefits package that includes medical, life, dental, disability, vision coverage, vacation, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
