HR Service Center Consultant

Job Overview:
As a member of the Human Resources Service Center, you will be required to:
- Provide customer service and support to employees on all benefit programs
- Interact with benefit service providers for resolution of employee inquiries
- Coordinate the on-boarding of new employees and conduct new hire orientation
- Participate in and provide support for HR Systems enhancements
- Provide back-up support for LOA and disability administration
- Provide support to HR Business Partners during the roll-out of new or modified programs
- Proactively promote utilization of the Service Center
- Assist with HRIS data entry
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

The ideal candidiate will have earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and have 5+ years of HR experience managing the benefits function of a smaller organization. Must have experience maintaining data entry and creating reports in an HRIS program (SAP preferred).

The position will require excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to maintain the confidentiality of the information and to work with employees at all levels within the organization.
