Investor Services suite of services includes global custody, fund accounting, fund administration, fund distribution, trust services, cash management, and outsourcing solutions.We are seeking a Human Resources professional who has extensive knowledge of College Recruiting who can bring best practices to develop and execute strategies that enable BBH to create and maintain strong relationships with key universities in order to provide a strong pipeline of both undergraduate and graduate talent. Reporting to the Recruiting Manager for Boston, you will provide direction for BBH?s university relations in the Boston market.Requirements:
Develop and execute programs, strategies and activities to ensure that BBH is positioned as a premier employer to continuously be able to attract and build a pipeline of top talent from key schools and universities
Provide creative, innovative ideas and approaches to talent acquisition that will differentiate BBH on campus
Cultivate relationships with college placement offices, faculty, students, alumni associations, and professional student organizations
Manage the overall recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, on-boarding and reporting activities
Manage BBH?s college programs encompassing full-time, summer interns and co-op programs
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to determine head count needs to meet strategic objectives and to develop campus strategies
Manage design and placement of recruiting related advertising and marketing to ensure that the BBH brand and image is consistently applied in all recruiting activities
Team effectively with HR colleagues to assist in developing strategies to recruit diversity candidates across BBH
May manage College Recruiter and/or Campus Coordinator staffQualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of seven years experience in Human Resources with at least three years experience in recruiting; preferably campus recruiting
Demonstrated success in leading campus recruiting effort for similar size firm; preferably financial services
Strong knowledge of best practices of college recruitment
Exceptional communication and organizational skills; results oriented
Self-motivated, self-directed and professional demeanor
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks effectively and efficiently, effective at time management
Excellent knowledge in all full lifecycle of campus recruiting components including but not limited to sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, salary trends and relationship management
Excellent project management and presentation skills
Previous management experience a plus
Strong interpersonal and relationship management in order to influence and interact with individuals at all levels of the firm.
Experience with assessment and selection methodologies
