Position supports 2 uniques business clients. Reporting to BU Advisor, will support ~350 employees; 2 locations (St. Cloud & Des Moines for Advisors Network) Will focus on understanding and assessing strategic HR needs for 2 locations and integrate into overall Advisors Network HR goals
Serve as HR Site Lead for St. Cloud; Will stress talent development for senior and middle levels of management at supported locations; Support management in roll-out of Employee Engagement Survey, Diversity Initiatives, and other programs; Understand and help to address compensation issues consistent with Advisors Network philosophies and strategy.
Focus on deep integration of ING Performance Management process through education and training and consulting with managers at all levels; Determine training needs and work with Lead BU HR Advisor to coordinate and establish robust and necessary management training to management team.What else can we tell you?
Job will require regular travel to Des Moines, IA location approximately every 6 weeks plus various HR meeting forums--approx. 20% travel. there are 260 EE's in St. Cloud and 120 EE's in Des Moines. ,
REQUIREMENTS
Who is our ideal candidate?
Ideal candidate will reside in St. Cloud, MN or in proximity to travel to work in the St. Cloud location. Success in a multi-unit and matrix structure and experience working in both privately held and large public owned businesses. Self starter and keen facilitation skills. Generalist skill set with strength in talent management and knowledge to include understanding of sales compensation. Prior Broker Dealer experience a plus.
