As a RehabCare Recruiter, you will manage the recruitment function for approximately 50 - 70 clinical sites. Responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, facilitation of the interview process, job offers/salary negotiations, and the new hire process. You will work closely with the operations management team to appropriately staff our facilities resulting in quality patient care, satisfaction of client expectations and outstanding financial performance.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates must have:

Recruiting experience in the highly competitive healthcare field

Demonstrated ability to achieve hiring goals

Ability to handle a large volume of vacancies

Excellent communication skills

Outstanding computer/software application skills

Knowledge of various clinical disciplines and required education, licensure/certification

BA/BS
