Position is eligible for flexible work arrangements: NoKey Responsibilities: Phone Coverage responsibilities:1. COTS and Non-COTS Applications Support:Provide technical support on standard software applications such as MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft Outlook).Provide training on best practices for standard and specialized desktop applications.2. Remote Assistance:Remotely Install applications and fix errors. Assist user’s with computer/desktop problems (software/hardware) using Remote Assistance.3. Network Administration:Provide administrative support with user accounts and passwords.
Liaise with appropriate access monitoring groups.4. Network Connectivity:Facilitate resolution of problems with Windows XP, Local Area Network (LAN), and connectivity problems.
Assist user’s with network printing problems5. Mainframe Support:Reset mainframe passwords.
Assist with errors and problems related to the mainframe and remote printers.6. Equipment Support:Diagnose and resolve errors and issues with local and network PrintersProvide support in using and maintaining PDA and other hand held devices7. Remote Assistance: Assist usersClearance Requirement: Secret
