Staffing Operations-Generalist

Manage all postings within the Applicant Tracking System and related hiring reports for the organizations of Operations, Global Services and Finance and Administration
• Provide timely review, creation and processing of postings internally and externally with focus on compensation, compliance and general fit as well as accurate reflection of status
• Oversight of Applicant Tracking System, operational input to be certain that the ATS is working in accordance with staffing processes, recommendation of changes, and communication and training of latest releases.
• Oversight of Applicant Tracking System Duplicate Maintenance.
• Answer and document applicant, candidate, hiring manager and vendor calls and emails related to the staffing process.
• Manage the employee referral program ­ work with advertising vendor to manage development and facilitation of execution. Provide timely reporting on employee referral program effectiveness and support related program activities. Coordinate activities with marketing department.
• Manage all outreach recruitment efforts with related tracking as needed for and government compliance. Provide input and suggestions on better methods and sources for effective outreach to include AAP reporting.
• Manage statistical tracking and analysis of new hire, source and related activity. Provide input on additional and better methods of reviewing Staffing and Selection quality, productivity and results as it relates to recruitment.
• Staffing Vendor Relationship Management and communications.
• Manage the co-op and intern communications ­ assist with hiring paperwork and coordinate with Staffing and Selection Compliance Coordinator
• Project lead on Staffing and Selection Team initiatives pertaining to hiring process, automated tools, Advertising/branding; employee referral programs; retention programs as well as other initiatives on an as needed basis
• Provide backup for vacations, time out and over flow for the Staffing Support Coordinator
• Assist to ensure the overall compliance of data collection with the hiring process and conduct audits accordingly.
• Become knowledgeable of Availability Services environment, systems and infrastructure
• Establish and maintain professional communications within HR and across Availability Services and Corporate offices.
• Manage project plans to facilitate large hiring initiatives to include running reports if necessary for Sr. Management.
• Participate in various activities, including HR training, seminars, and weekly meetings to include off-site recruiting events.
• Consistently review support processes and procedures and recommend changes and/or alterations
• Maintain and coordinate meetings with Recruiting Staff and General HR meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
• 20% minimum travel requirement
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of related HR corporate or agency experience highly preferred
• Previous sales, sales support, new hire orientation or customer service experience required.
• Strong project management experience and ability to work independently - Ability to manage multiple tasks with the ability to set priorities and deliver results required.
• Previous presentation, customer interface or public speaking skills required
• Previous interviewing and screening experience highly preferred
• Superior communication skills, written and verbal required
• Ability to write clear and concise communications including but not limited to job postings, job descriptions, employee communications, executive communication and internal and external instructions as they relate to the recruitment process
• Ability to manage first tier of escalation but is able to escalate challenges to management when appropriate
• Strong working knowledge of databases, WORD, Excel, and Power Point, previous HRIS experience a strongly preferred
