Four Oaks of Iowa, a non profit family service agency is seeking full-time Youth Counselors for our Dubuque SCT program. Supervised Community Treatment provides delinquency-specific Day Treatment Programs for adolescent males and females. The program emphasizes high levels of co-management configurations with DHS, JCS, and the school districts. The program is designed to provide a flexible treatment continuum through four levels (PHASES) of structure.
REQUIREMENTS
A High School Diploma/GED with one year experience in social work and a clean driving record are required. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities for this position include:Behavior Management - Provides consistent, individualized reinforcement to client behavior, using daily issues to teach and reinforce adaptive behaviors.Direct Care - Provides daily living supervision and treatment intervention.Skill Development - Observes, teaches, and models appropriate skill development.Documentation - Completes accurate and timely documentation of business activities.
