Fortune 500- Project Manager/Account Executive

As an investment bank, the company is a leading global underwriter of debt and equity securities and strategic advisor to corporations, governments, institutions and individuals worldwide. Our client is searching for a sharp, energetic, and motivated Project Manager/Account Executive in Princeton, NJ for a for a Long-term contract position.
REQUIREMENTS
The Project Manager performs a dual role of project management and client relationship manager. Each Relationship Manager is assigned specific product groups. They work directly with Business Partners assigned to these groups.


The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to take on an incoming project from inception to completion. They help coordinate and deliver the high volume of quality client, prospect and Financial Advisor creative materials on schedule. Must be able to assist with coordinating all the activities of a multi-disciplinary project team (design, editorial, production, legal, compliance, print services, etc.) to meet specific project deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
Review incoming new project requests and creative briefs.
Schedule kick-off meetings for new work.
Update product group collateral status lists via software system.
Run weekly product group status meetings.
Create and update production schedules
Handle ad hoc project requests (i.e. responsible for certain projects from inception to delivery)
Meet specific deadlines
Present quarterly collateral print budgets to product groups.
Post PDFs to PSM.
Deliver bluelines to editors and designers
File and maintain collateral samples in the Creative Resources Group's community drawers (Gallery Area).
Coordinate delivered samples for department management.
Good follow-up and attention to detail.
Able to multi-task
Good client relationship skills (able to deal with many personality types).
